Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy:
At Oxtail Pho, we are committed to providing an authentic Vietnamese dining experience. If your meal falls short of this promise, please inform us immediately upon receiving your order so we can address any concerns. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis if your order is incorrect, incomplete, or does not meet our quality standards.

2. Refunds for Take-out Orders:
For take-out orders, if your order requires correction or completion due to an error, or if the food does not match our description or quality standards upon opening, the manager will provide a refund upon request.

3. Refunds for Table Purchases:
If the quality of food fails to meet your expectations or there is a discrepancy between what you ordered and what you received, please inform the waiter. Refunds will also be issued if food allergies were disclosed in advance and we are found responsible.

4. Refund Process:
To request a refund, speak with our manager, Linda (416-537-0188), ASAP with your order details and reason. Refunds are processed using the original payment method.

5. Exceptions:

  • No refunds for orders already consumed.

  • No refunds if the customer provided incorrect information.

6. Policy Changes:
We may update this policy as needed to better serve our customers.
