  1. Ordering Process:
    • You can enjoy a sit-down meal inside or take-out orders. For take-out, order in person using our homepage or by calling 416-537-0188 and picking it up in person. You can also order home delivery through Uber Eats (note: a 30% fee applies to us). We’d rather you order on our site and pick it up.
  2. Payment:
    • We accept payment without fees via debit card and cash.
    • If you pay by credit card, if available, a small 2.4% fee applies to help cover processing costs.
    • Customers must make payment for take-out orders at the time of ordering.
    • Taxes and gratuity are not included in the listed prices.
  3. Food Quality and Allergies:
    • We take utmost care to maintain food quality and ensure order accuracy.
    • Customers are responsible for disclosing food allergies or dietary restrictions when ordering. We will do our best to accommodate special requests, but we cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation.
    • Please inform your server of any allergies. Our kitchen is not allergen-free.
  4. Table Policies:
    • After 10 pm? There is a $5 entrée sharing fee per extra guest. We apply a fee to help cover the cost of service, ingredients, and overhead when a table shares fewer entrées than the number of diners. This helps us continue offering quality food and service while maintaining fair pricing for all guests.
    • After 10 PM, we do not provide separate bills.
    • No outside food or beverages for safety reasons. We kindly ask that all food and drinks be ordered from our menu.
  5. Groups:
    • Parties of six or more will receive one bill with an 18% gratuity.
    • Changes to table reservations of six or more can be made up to one hour before the reservation time, subject to availability.
    • We will hold tables for large groups up to 15 minutes past the reservation time.
  6. Service Charges and Taxes:
    • All prices are subject to applicable taxes and credit card service charges where applicable.
  7. Refunds and Complaints:
    • We will issue refunds for orders according to our refund policy. Customers should notify us immediately if there are any issues with their order or dining experience. We will do our best to address and resolve any complaints promptly.
  8. Order Cancellation Policy:
    • Take-out customers must cancel take-out orders at least 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. We will issue refunds according to our refund policy.
  9. Hours of Operation:
    • We are open from 4 PM – 4 AM, and until 5 AM on Fridays and Saturdays.
  10. Modification of Terms:
    • We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions anytime. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting by email to subscribers and here on this page.
  11. Acceptance of Terms:
    • Customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions when placing an order or making a reservation.
