Please review these terms and conditions, our Guidelines & Policies, and Privacy Policy carefully before placing an order or making a reservation. If you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch with us for clarification.
- Ordering Process:
- Customers can order take-out food in person, from our Order for Pickup page, by calling 416-537-0188, or by using UberEats (30% fee for us).
- Cancellation Policy:
- Customers must cancel take-out orders at least 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. We will issue refunds according to our refund policy.
- Customers must cancel group reservations in advance.
- Food Quality and Allergies:
- We take utmost care to maintain food quality and ensure order accuracy.
- Customers are responsible for disclosing food allergies or dietary restrictions when ordering. We will do our best to accommodate special requests but cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation.
- Please inform your server of any allergies. Our kitchen is not allergen-free.
- Delivery and Pickup:
- Customers can pick up take-out orders at the counter at the specified time.
- Table Service:
- After 10 PM, we do not provide separate bills. A $5 sharing charge applies per extra guest.
- We will hold tables for large groups up to 15 minutes past the reservation time.
- Groups:
- Parties of six or more will receive one bill with an 18% gratuity.
- Payment:
- Customers must make payment for take-out orders and table service at the time of ordering.
- We currently accept payment via debit card, cash, and credit cards online.
- Taxes and gratuity are not included in listed prices.
- Service Charges and Taxes:
- All prices are subject to applicable taxes and service charges where applicable.
- Refunds and Complaints:
- We will issue refunds for orders according to our refund policy.
- Customers should notify us immediately if there are any issues with their order or dining experience. We will do our best to address and resolve any complaints promptly.
- Reservation Changes:
- Changes to large group table reservations can be made up to one hour before the reservation time, subject to availability.
- Hours of Operation:
- We are open from 4 PM – 4 AM, and until 5 AM on Fridays and Saturdays.
- Modification of Terms:
- We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions anytime. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting here on this page.
- Acceptance of Terms:
